We the Undersigned hereby request a Presidential Executive Order granting permission for all United States physicians to prescribe Hydroxychloroquine for prophylaxis against COVID-19 for all Americans without fear of persecution or retaliation from all medical authorities and governmental agencies. Thousands of physicians recognize the abundance of research available that affirms both the safety and effectiveness of low dose prophylaxis using Hydroxychloroquine. Americans deserve a Right to Try as a basic human right. Currently due to political agendas, citizens are being deprived of their basic human rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We believe this executive order will hasten the end of the pandemic with all of its suffering and ensure equal rights to all Americans.
