We the people ask for protections to define the Internet as a Public Utility and hold accountable the private companies using this public utility to ALL of the same guarantees granted by the Constitution of the United States. A private company using a public utility to deliver it's service should not be able to censor, expel, or impinge on the rights of it's users when it comes to the freedom of speech, expression of facts or opinions, the freedom of religious or political expression or the freedom to remain anonymous.
The founding fathers made "Freedom of Speech" the 1st amendment for a reason. It is time to protect our rights online with an Internet Bill of Rights.
