Peter Kadzik not only attended law school with John Podesta, he has been on family outings and to birthday celebrations as well.

He can be seen posing for pictures with Tony Podesta and his wife.

He was instrumental in helping Loretta Lynch become the Head of the DOJ. Finally, he can be seen on this list of Clinton donors, dating back to 2006.

He is not impartial, he will not provide unbiased information.

He should recuse himself from the case.
