As of February 14, 2020 Mitch McConnell has allowed 395 bills written and passed by duly elected members of the House of Representatives to sit and gather dust. Under his leadership the 116th Congress has passed on 1% of bills. Nearly All of these bills are down a strict partisan divide, benefiting only Right Wing Corporatist causes.
