Dustin Higgs. Assigned to execution on January 15th, 2021. Accused of murdering three women, or “bullying” the murderer into murdering the women. Which has been said false by the actual murderer. Even witnesses have said that Dustin was not involved in the murder at all. While the actual murderer is on life sentence, Dustin is on Death Row. Please sign this.
