At the most recent Republican debate in New Hampshire, Senator Marco Rubio stated repeatedly: "Let's dispel with this fiction that Barack Obama doesn't know what he's doing. He knows exactly what he's doing."
We the people petition Barack Obama to dispel this fiction that he doesn't know exactly what he's doing.
The petitioners believe that this fiction - that Barack Obama doesn't know what he's doing - will be best dispelled with a short video from the President himself stating whether or not he knows what he's doing.
