Abolish the private unaccountable wealth destroying Federal Reserve System that prints fiat currency based on debt

Since its establishment by congressional legislation of 1913, the private Federal Reserve System has operated with no public audit and virtually unaccountable to the US Congress to which the US Constitution gives the exclusive right to "coin money." The Federal Reserve System was purportedly established to bring stability to the economy by moderating the boom and bust cycles. To the contrary, the Fed is the product of private banks designed to eliminate competition and add to the wealth of its member banks. The Fed's actions of loose money policy in the late 1920's, followed by a severe tightening, produced the Great Depression. Since it began operations in 1914, the Fed has devalued our US Dollar by some 95 percent. Unlike the IRS, it silently steals the wealth of US families.
